"OZ" stands for our commitment to local ingredients while "IN" represents the international flavours that inspire our menu.

Our gastronomic experience is rooted in the art of charcoal-based cooking. We blend modern techniques with the timeless tradition to offer fine dining with a twist.

The purpose-built grill is the centrepiece of our open kitchen and imparts a unique, smoky essence to each dish, elevating flavours to extraordinary levels.

While fortunate to be flanked by some of our city's favourite foodie destinations, we've created an undeniable ambience of our own. What we offer is exceptional, but it's also personal.
